So its been a while since I have been on here. Life has been pretty hectic trying to plan for my wedding reception and get my name and the rest of my wallet changed over to my new last name that I haven’t had much extra time to blog. I don’t have a new picture to add because I haven’t had much change. When I went to Vegas for vacation, I came back with an extra 5lbs of baggage (attached to my gut)... and it took me 2 weeks, but I did manage to take it back off! I have been holding strong though... I teeter totter throughout the week, but for the past 2 weeks I managed to weigh in at 231 lbs... holding strong to 25 lbs lost. That doesn’t say much for me because I was doing so well before vacation... I can do better then this... I was in such a great mind frame before I went on vacation and now for some reason I can’t seem to jump back on the band wagon again! Its like I let myself remember how yummy junk food is and now I can’t get my head back in the game of not eating it. I have gone to the gym one day a week for the past several weeks. Last week, the one day I went to the gym I was sore for 3 days after so that turned me off. I just have to remember that I have been out of my routine for a month now and my body needs to adjust to the gym again. I did pack my gym bag to go to the gym tonight. I need to remember that I need to put me first sometimes too. I don’t want to throw away all that hard work I put in to losing the first 25 lbs... I still have so far to go to lose focus now.
I have my cousin’s wedding coming up in June and my wedding reception coming up in July and I would like to lose at least another 10 lbs before them both. Wish me luck!! I will try to start blogging again on Fridays (weigh in day)... so stay tuned...

Week 12
WEEK 12 WEIGHT: 236 lbs.
Pounds gained: 5 lbs.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 20 lbs.
So.... its been 2 weeks since I posted and I apologize for not posting last week... but I was on vacation! We left last Friday morning and came home this past Saturday. We went to Las Vegas for our very first family vacation and to get married!!! Vegas was a blast... however, not very weight watcher friendly. I guess I could have tried to prepare better, but I didn't. I ate like crap all week and late at night nonetheless... and I gained back 5 lbs!!! Ewwww!!!
I guess that just goes to show you how easy it is to become a fat person again! And I know it only took me one week to put back on the 5 lbs but it will probably take me much longer to lose it again. But I am not going to let that get me down. I am home now and I am refocused and now that I have my gym back and I am back on track with my eating, the weight will start to come back off.
I have an appointment tonight with the nurse at my gym to see how I am doing and what all my percentages are and what not... and I am sure that will just throw a little more fuel on my fire because I am sure I will not be happy with my totals. So lets see what this week has for me. I just started back on the weight watchers today (Monday) and I weigh in on Friday, so its already a short week, so lets see how much I can lose by Friday!
Thats it for now... I will let you know of my progress after Friday's normal weekly weigh in.

Week 10
WEEK TEN WEIGHT: 231 lbs.
Pounds lost: 1 lb.
Inches lost: 2 1/4 ins.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 25 lbs.
TOTAL INCHES LOST: 26 1/2 ins.
As you can see, I am in a little black dress!!! ...and I look damn sexy in it!! That feels soooo good!!!
I worked really hard this week. I went to the gym 6 days and I was angry when I had to do laundry and I couldn't go to the gym on the one day I stayed home! The gym has become my addiction. But I guess its better then being addicted to drugs or alcohol right! Anyways... things are great.
Thats all I have to report this week.

Week 9
Pounds lost: 4 lb.

I am very excited about my weight loss this week. 4 more pounds... can you say HELL YEAH!!!! I am learning that all it takes alot of hard work and motivation and losing weight is possible!!! I have been working my ass off and I really am seeing such great results. If you would have told me 9 weeks ago that I would be where I am right now, I would have never believed you... but I am actually doing it. I am reaching my goal little by little... and pretty soon, the picture next to my blog is going to be SKINNY!!!!
I have been noticing some draw backs to losing weight, not that they are going to slow me down or get me discouraged... but they are there and I will have to work harder to make them go away. I have been noticing that as the weight comes off, I have this patch of saggy skin on the back of my leg where the elasticity is not what it should be, I guess... so its just hanging... well I was showing my boyfriend and he told me to start doing squats. So I did and I am hoping that the more I do them, that it will start to go away too.

Week 7
Pounds gained: 1 lb.
Inches lost: 2 1/2 ins.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 18 lbs.
TOTAL INCHES LOST: 23 ins.
So I was really hoping to reach 20 lbs lost this week, but as you can see by my 1 lb. gain this week, that didn't happen. I am not very happy about that... but I will just have to work extra hard next week to make it happen!
This week I worked out 4 days this week and I even tried some new things in the gym. I finally got back on the eliptical (which I haven't done in the longest time and the last time I could only do it for 10 minutes)... well I managed to do it for 30 minutes 2 of the 4 days I went to the gym this week. Plus did my workout afterwards. Thats awesome! I tried doing chin ups for the first time ever (with the weight assistance of course)... and I took a Zumba class... which was sooo much fun, but really hard! Then Saturday night me and my boyfriend went on a date to Atlantic City and we ended up eating at PF Changs for dinner at like 10:00 at night and I ate a whole platter by myself of mongolian beef... BAD BAD BAD!!!! I thought I would be able to work it off... but I guess not.
I am very disappointed in myself this week, but I will try my hardest to work it off this week!
