Mid-week review...

So its been a while since I have been on here. Life has been pretty hectic trying to plan for my wedding reception and get my name and the rest of my wallet changed over to my new last name that I haven’t had much extra time to blog. I don’t have a new picture to add because I haven’t had much change. When I went to Vegas for vacation, I came back with an extra 5lbs of baggage (attached to my gut)... and it took me 2 weeks, but I did manage to take it back off! I have been holding strong though... I teeter totter throughout the week, but for the past 2 weeks I managed to weigh in at 231 lbs... holding strong to 25 lbs lost. That doesn’t say much for me because I was doing so well before vacation... I can do better then this... I was in such a great mind frame before I went on vacation and now for some reason I can’t seem to jump back on the band wagon again! Its like I let myself remember how yummy junk food is and now I can’t get my head back in the game of not eating it. I have gone to the gym one day a week for the past several weeks. Last week, the one day I went to the gym I was sore for 3 days after so that turned me off. I just have to remember that I have been out of my routine for a month now and my body needs to adjust to the gym again. I did pack my gym bag to go to the gym tonight. I need to remember that I need to put me first sometimes too. I don’t want to throw away all that hard work I put in to losing the first 25 lbs... I still have so far to go to lose focus now.

I have my cousin’s wedding coming up in June and my wedding reception coming up in July and I would like to lose at least another 10 lbs before them both. Wish me luck!! I will try to start blogging again on Fridays (weigh in day)... so stay tuned...
