Week 9

WEEK NINE WEIGHT: 232 lbs.


Pounds lost: 4 lb.
Inches lost: 1 1/2 ins.

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 24 lbs.

TOTAL INCHES LOST: 24 1/4 ins.

I am very excited about my weight loss this week. 4 more pounds... can you say HELL YEAH!!!! I am learning that all it takes alot of hard work and motivation and losing weight is possible!!! I have been working my ass off and I really am seeing such great results. If you would have told me 9 weeks ago that I would be where I am right now, I would have never believed you... but I am actually doing it. I am reaching my goal little by little... and pretty soon, the picture next to my blog is going to be SKINNY!!!!

I have been noticing some draw backs to losing weight, not that they are going to slow me down or get me discouraged... but they are there and I will have to work harder to make them go away. I have been noticing that as the weight comes off, I have this patch of saggy skin on the back of my leg where the elasticity is not what it should be, I guess... so its just hanging... well I was showing my boyfriend and he told me to start doing squats. So I did and I am hoping that the more I do them, that it will start to go away too.

I FINALLY FINALLY DID IT!!!!!! I LOST 20 POUNDS!!!

Week 7

WEEK SEVEN WEIGHT: 238 lbs.
Pounds gained: 1 lb.
Inches lost: 2 1/2 ins.

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 18 lbs.
TOTAL INCHES LOST: 23 ins.

So I was really hoping to reach 20 lbs lost this week, but as you can see by my 1 lb. gain this week, that didn't happen. I am not very happy about that... but I will just have to work extra hard next week to make it happen!

This week I worked out 4 days this week and I even tried some new things in the gym. I finally got back on the eliptical (which I haven't done in the longest time and the last time I could only do it for 10 minutes)... well I managed to do it for 30 minutes 2 of the 4 days I went to the gym this week. Plus did my workout afterwards. Thats awesome! I tried doing chin ups for the first time ever (with the weight assistance of course)... and I took a Zumba class... which was sooo much fun, but really hard! Then Saturday night me and my boyfriend went on a date to Atlantic City and we ended up eating at PF Changs for dinner at like 10:00 at night and I ate a whole platter by myself of mongolian beef... BAD BAD BAD!!!! I thought I would be able to work it off... but I guess not.

I am very disappointed in myself this week, but I will try my hardest to work it off this week!

Week 6

WEEK SIX WEIGHT: 237 lbs.
Pounds lost: 3 lbs.
Inches lost: 2 1/4 ins.

TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 19 lbs.
TOTAL INCHES LOST: 20 1/2 ins.

I knew this week I needed to step it up in the gym considering that I was not able to workout very much last week, so this week I was in the gym 5 days working my ass off. I am actually starting to love it in the gym! Before this week, working out was like a chore... I hated going... but this week, it started to become like an addiction. Its like I NEEDED to get into the gym because it made me feel good. It gives me a rush that nothing else can give me. I even have made friends with 2 women in the gym. We take alot of the same classes and seem to always meet in the sauna every day and can bullshit for a little while after our workouts.

I am so proud of my loss this week. The results I am seeing every week is just more motivation for me to keep pushing through and keep following the plan day after day.

So far I have lost a total of 19 lbs and 20 1/2 inches. That is an incredible weight loss for me considering that I have tried every diet and I never can seem to stick with it. But Weight Watchers just seems to be so easy to follow. I have finally found my life changing program!
